[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
  The SSR_Dump contact for Orbit# 148 was nominal for command/telemetry and
the SSR was dumped.
The Sun Precession maneuver was performed successfully and the sun angles
gathered on a post maneuver contact

The ATS for Orbit# 150 was not loaded due to the number of commands already
stored on board.
