[Isocops] CRONology 2011-12-02 - mostly nominal

All,
	Normally running "chicken-ibex..." and "chicken-isoc..." 
backup processes are still switched off, so those messages are not 
appearing (as expected).

	Noon Cron job 12/1 failed due to orbit frame file unexpected 
state. Ken rebuilt file and returned to nominal. Not sure how the 
file got wierded.

	Late-night rsync warning due to Ken doing grinds, not an issue.
