All,
I have looked at the Orbit 139a ATS v001
IBEX_2011_253_o0139a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations.
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001 file
IBEX_2011_244_o0138a_v001.stf
per Ken's script.
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_253_o0139a_v001.oef
Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands are concentric with .oef
Moon-in-Lo-FOV times and a few hours inside, as normal.
Ground station contact times per
IBEX_Orbit139Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands.
Battery cell balancing takes place near perigee, in a ST
outage (irrelevant) but otherwise far from anything.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 138 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
