All,
I have looked at the Orbit 139a ATS v001

IBEX_2011_253_o0139a_v001.txt

and I approve.

	No constraint violations.

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001 file

IBEX_2011_244_o0138a_v001.stf

per Ken's script.

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2011_253_o0139a_v001.oef

Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands are concentric with .oef
Moon-in-Lo-FOV times and a few hours inside, as normal.

	Ground station contact times per

IBEX_Orbit139Contacts_v001.txt

match S/C commands.

Battery cell balancing takes place near perigee, in a ST
outage (irrelevant) but otherwise far from anything.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 138 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

	No O-mode this orbit.

No overlaps to orbit 138, either manual check or per
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi.

No Command Approval Checklist tonight. Maybe later.
