[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 137 Apogee Contact

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
    The Apogee contact for Orbit# 137 was successful for command/telemetry.
The contact was moved from HAW01 to HAW02 due to the closure of Wallops
because of hurricane Irene.  USNHAW01
was used as a primary antenna for the activities moved from Wallops.
  The Apogee Inertial Maneuver was successful and the Goat Herder will be
released with thruster/ebno information later this morning
