[Isocops] Possible shutdown on Sunday

I've been told that it is likely that there will be a power outage at UNH as hurricane Irene passes through. All the systems in the computer room (including the IBEX systems) will be powered down as a precautionary measure. The systems will be powered up again when there is no longer a danger of losing power. However, they may be down several hours. 


The timing of the shutdown will depend on the storm but right now it is expected to start Sunday afternoon or early evening.
