All,
I have looked at the Orbit 138a ATS v001
IBEX_2011_244_o0138a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations.
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001 file
IBEX_2011_244_o0138a_v001.stf
per brief inspection (will confirm with Ken's script later) with the
exception that the pointing vectors are off in the 5th place
(negligible difference).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_244_o0138a_v001.oef
Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands are concentric with .oef
Moon-in-Lo-FOV times and a few hours inside, as normal.
Ground station contact times match S/C commands.
No Battery cell balancing.
NOTE: Inertial maneuver at end of orbit ends about 4 hours
before a star tracker outage (overlap) starts. This is not just a lot
of time, but the predictions have been reasonably accurate in the
past. We should be sure we are comfortable with this or think about
adding a contact to double-check that the maneuver went off OK.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 137 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
