I have looked at the Orbit 137a ATS v001
IBEX_2011_235_o0137a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations.
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001 file
IBEX_2011_234_o0137a_v001.stf
per Ken's script (Thanks, Ken!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_235_o0137a_v001.oef
No Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands and none needed.
Ground station contact times match S/C commands.
Battery cell balancing Cycle looks OK, > 1 hour from anything.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 136 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
