All,
I have looked at the Orbit 124 ATS v001
(IBEX_2011_125_00_00_v001.txt) and I approve. See below; there is one
overlap with Orbit 123.

The portentious "PL mode unknown" constraint violation
messages appear near the beginning of the orbit, as always. I worry
more about this now than I used to. No other violations. Ascending
BUS and PL commands are about 3 minutes before 10 Re.

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001 file
(IBEX_2011_125_17_44_v001.stf), per Ken's script (Thanks, Ken!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense WRT 15 Re
ascending and descending times respectively.

Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands agree with the .oef; STF
times are concentric with .oef times and about 3-4 hours inside them,
as usual.

Ground station contact times match S/C transmitter-on times
for both contacts.

Battery cell balancing this odd-numbered orbit is an hour
from anything.

Inertial sun-pointing maneuver at the end of this orbit
leaves us pointing safe directions at conclusion of the maneuver, at
the following ascending time, and at the descending time following
that.

	No more O-mode.

One overlap with Orbit123 commands, per
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi :

...

	I think this is OK.

	Command Approval Checklist attached.
