[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #123 (28 Apr 11 - 05 May 11)

Chelle,
    I have attached V002 of the CCVR.

  We get the P/L mode violation becuase the *@CEU_LO_SCIENCE_MODE NORMAL
$TIME=2011/04:28:04:22:28*  triggers before the 10re Ascending time of
2011-04-28T04:23:28
