IBEX_2011_118_04_23_v001.stf, for orbit 123 looks good.

	Ascent and descent macro times make some sense wrt ascending 
and descending times as given in IBEX_2011_Orbit122_v001.oef.

	Hi CEM4 voltage change is implemented in the print-out and looks good.

	No Moon-in-FOV setbacks, and none indicated in the .oef.
