Hi Don,
 
Can you resend the tracking file from the first 20mins of the contact? If the new uncorrupted file shows good Doppler we can change this from a failed pass to a successful pass, based on the first 20-mins of tracking data.

Hi everyone,
 
The 1600 UTC apogee contact from yesterday is a failure for FDG. Once the data rate was stepped up to 40k at 1620 UTC the Doppler was intermittently rejected for the remainder of the contact. It is possible that the beginning of the contact provided good Doppler but the tracking file received from USN today appears to be corrupt and contains no Doppler measurements. The pointing for our next contact still looks completely fine based on our last (5 Apr) ephemeris.
