[Isocops] Fwd: STF for Orbit 0122 - looks good

All,
	the automatically produced v001.stf, 
IBEX_2011_110_13_40_v001.stf, for orbit 122 looks good generally, but 
I have not checked times against an .oef.

	Ascent and descent macro times make some sense wrt HASO-start 
and -end times from 
http://ibex.unh.edu/ibexhome/doc/isoc/spice/isoc_orbits.html. I don't 
have an .oef that covers the time period and have not figured out 
spice well enough to generate my own.

	Hi CEM4 voltage change is implemented in the print-out and looks good.

	Moon-in-FOV times not checked, since no OEF.

	-Lo gain scan will be orbit 121 or 122.
