[Isocops] STF for Orbit 0097 - .v003

All,
	Please use only v003.stf of this date.

	the .STF has been modified into

IBEX_2010_284_20_26_v003.stf

	which is attached, and has been copied from my directory on 
ena.unh.edu to:

[tapley at ena ~]$ cp IBEX_2010_284_20_26_v003.stf 
/usr/local/IBEX/ops/SFTP/ibex/moc/Soc-Moc/stf/
[tapley at ena ~]$ cp IBEX_2010_284_20_26_v003.stf 
/usr/local/IBEX/ops/SFTP/shelf/ibex/moc/Soc-Moc/stf/
[tapley at ena ~]$ cp IBEX_2010_284_20_26_v003.stf /usr/local/IBEX/raw/o0095/
[tapley at ena ~]$ cp IBEX_2010_284_20_26_v003.stf 
/usr/local/IBEX/work/ops/hvscistf/

	at least one of which places is probably redundant 
(...shelf...) and may cause trouble later on (I hope not). It has 
also been placed on the SFTP server at

/IBEX/moc/Soc-Moc/stf/IBEX_2010_284_20_26_v003.stf

	**** NOTE **** I replaced the hand-edited -Lo O-mode exit 
commands of v002 with the revised -Lo O-mode commands which Nathan 
sent this afternoon, and verified that the O-mode entry commands were 
identical.

	Please pass this on to whomever needs to see it who is not on 
either ibexops or isocops.

	I will be out of contact between ~1400 today (Tuesday 
2010-09-28) and ~2000 tomorrow (Wednesday 2010-09-29). I should be 
able to do more edits Wednesday night or Thursday morning, but not 
before then.
