[Isocops] STF for Orbit 0097

All,
	the below .STF has been expanded into

IBEX_2010_284_20_26_v002.stf

	which is attached, and has been copied from my directory on 
ena.unh.edu to:

/usr/local/IBEX/work/ops/hvscistf/

	at least one of which places is probably redundant 
(...shelf...) and may cause trouble later on (I hope not). It has 
also been placed on the SFTP server at

/IBEX/moc/Soc-Moc/stf/IBEX_2010_284_20_26_v002.stf

	I added the -Lo O-mode commands.

	**** NOTE **** the original O-mode commands from Nathan's 
e-mail exited O-mode on the 19th, well after the descending macros 
and the 15 Re descending transition. I have hand-edited them to take 
place exactly 24 hours earlier, on the 18th, or ~16 hours before 
Descending macros. Please check the attached v002 .STF carefully to 
make sure this was done correctly!

	Please pass this on to whomever needs to see it who is not on 
either ibexops or isocops.

	I will be out of contact between ~1400 today (Tuesday 
2010-09-28) and ~2000 tomorrow (Wednesday 2010-09-29). I should be 
able to do more edits Wednesday night or Thursday morning, but not 
before then.
