[Isocops] Oxygen Mode for Orbit 97

Isocops folks,
	sorry for the duplicate or irrelevant message. Got a bounce 
from Nathan at guero... so I thought I'd try this.

Nathan,
	let me know if you get this.

Nathan and Steve,
	the file below has a conflict with the .stf just 
automatically generate. The -Lo mode ending commands run on the 19th, 
but the Descending macros run on the 18th.
	For now, I am subtracting a day from the -Lo mode ending 
commands, so they will run at 0330 on the 18th, prior to descending 
macros at 1930 on the 18th. Let me know soon if I need to do 
something different.

	I will be out of contact this afternoon and Wednesday.
