[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX AUWA Contact DOY 269 @ 1100 UTC

Hi Dan,

Yes, we are trying to do the same thing here to figure out what is really
going on, and try to get to the bottom of it today if at all possible. I
will provide all of the info you ask for later this morning. We gathered up
a lot of this data already last week, but it does not include the weekend
data. I'll get it all together for you.

Can you also let us know if there have been any equipment changes whatsoever
at the station or at the control center for this station? This will help us
focus how we investigate on our end.

Thanks so much!

Lisa

John and Lisa,

Could I get some more information on these AUWA Doppler issues? Could you
please provide the following:

- Reason for failure

- Current Doppler bias at AU, AK, HI

- Current standard deviation at AU, AK, HI

- Historical Doppler bias at AU

- List of good vs bad AU supports over the past few months

- Have you confirmed both HS and LS UTDF files demonstrate the same
bias

- Any other relevant information like ascending/descending,
spacecraft antenna, downlink data rate, expected range rate/Doppler, etc.

I am trying to understand and isolate the issue to equipment,
configurations, or references so these answers will help us focus on the
issue.

Thanks,

Dan

Hello again everyone,

The AUWA 1400 UTC backup tracking pass also failed for Doppler measurements
and is causing many of our tests to fail. FDG is calling both the 1100 and
1400 AUWA passes failed contacts.

Thanks,

Marissa Intelisano

Good morning everyone,

The Australia 1100 UTC ascending contact failed for Doppler. There is a
backup tracking contact also with AUWA at 1400 UTC.

Thanks,
