All,
  The apogee and all Perigee supports were failed for Bad Doppler. The
23:45 Alaska Sept 25,2010 was also failed for intermittent data dropouts.
Orbit 96 ATS (IBEX_2010_276_00_00_v002) was uplinked. Started with 61 cmd
slots and used 115 more for a total of 176.
