All,
   I failed this pass due to high error counts. SSR was dumped and VCID
count was 18728 & 121 errors. VCID0 count was 981 & 102 errors. The
Receiver AGC ranged from -122 up to -114. So, The ATS for Orbit 96 was not
uplinked due to poor receive levels. I have 2 supports in the morning to
uplink the ATS.
