[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX USHI Contact DOY 265 @ 1100 UTC

Good morning everyone,

The Hawaii 1100 UTC apogee contact provided good Doppler. There appeared to
be about a 10 minute drop out of data in the middle of the pass, but all of
the measurements we did receieve looked good. This was a successful contact
for FDG.
