[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX USHI Contact DOY 253 @ 0900 UTC

Hello everyone,

This morning's descending apogee contact with USHI at 0900 UTC showed good
Doppler and was successful for FDG. We would still like to receive the
tracking file from USN that was empty when posted earlier today, but the
results of what we have been able to process so far look good. Have a great
