IBEX Goat Herder  10 Sept 10
USNHAW02 was used during the apogee contact in Orbit# 92.  The doppler data seems fine and is going through more testing
We scheduled a desc agopee contact due to the recent USN/AUS asc contact failures. The desc apogee contact was 
successful for command/telemetry
