[Isocops] Fwd: IBEX Orbit# 93 ATS (11- 18 Sept 10)

All,
Looked over the ATS, and I approve.

Ken reports the ATS matches the STF for instrument commands. Thanks!

PL ascending and Descending macros make sense and occur at
correct times with respect to the 15Re ascending and descending times.

Transmitter on/off times match up with the scheduled ground
contact times.

CEU commands to lower voltages on the -LO moon sensor are
centered in the .oef predicted moon-in-FOV times, with about 1 hour
20 minutes overlap on each side (CEU commands -Lo down for less time
than .oef predicts moon in FOV, as usual).

The maneuver leaves us pointing in a safe direction at the
conclusion of the maneuver as well as ascending and descending times
for Orbit 94:

No battery cell balancing - are we done with that?

Next orbit, -Lo gain test will be added to the STF.
