One out of two Perigee Contacts was successful for Orbit# 98
USN/AK @ 0915 Failed when the INP2 Files stopped processing at the ground station 14 minutes prior to LOS.
The SSR was dumped with 3867 blocks of data remaining. We were unable to dump the remaining blocks this Orbit.
The ATS for Orbit# 100 was successfully uploaded

The Star Tracker Image Dump contact was successful after a rough start and the data will be reviewed this week
The ground station saw a very weak downlink signal and ebno power fluctuations.  The spacecraft was then cycled to 2ksps then back to 40ksps
and things were back to normal the remainder of the support.

The Hawaii support started off a bit rocky, but improved with time. We
lost the first 5 minutes of data due to reasons unknown. USN was seeing a
very weak signal with high fluctuations in the EB/NO power. Commanded the
down link to 2k and we locked up with a stable signal. EB/NO ranged from
24.5 to 32.4, Spacecraft was then commanded up to 40k and saw an EB/NO of
12 to 16. CAR 418 was executed with no problems. Post Star tracker image
dump, I tried to dump the FCBO data but was not able to complete the dump
prior to the end of the support. I did not dump any of the SSR due to lack
of time post Startracker dump. Since the problem seemed to be with the
spacecraft and not the ground station I did not fail the support.
