[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 98 Tracking Contact

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
     The tracking contact with USN/HAW was successful for command/telemetry
The flight computer was dumped with 35 data errors

The Goat Herder will be sent out by COB today with the target vectors and
ebno readings for all three contacts this perigee
