[Isocops] STF for Orbit 0098 - v002 done.

All,
	the .v001.stf has been modified by the inclusion of O-mode 
commands for IBEX-Lo into

IBEX_2010_292_11_39_v002.stf

	which is attached, and has been copied from my directory on 
ena.unh.edu to:

[tapley at ena ~]$ cp IBEX_2010_292_11_39_v002.stf 
/usr/local/IBEX/ops/SFTP/ibex/moc/Soc-Moc/stf/
[tapley at ena ~]$ cp IBEX_2010_292_11_39_v002.stf /usr/local/IBEX/raw/o0096/
[tapley at ena ~]$ cp IBEX_2010_292_11_39_v002.stf 
/usr/local/IBEX/work/ops/hvscistf/


	it has also been placed on the SFTP server at:

/IBEX/moc/Soc-Moc/stf/IBEX_2010_292_11_39_v002.stf

	Comments welcome, hope y'all like it. Also, let me know if I
