[Lisa Policastri]

The IBEX Hawaii-01 contact 03:00 to 03:35 provided nominal Doppler, however
data dropped out for approximately 7 minutes during the contact.   I will
check in the morning if new INP2s need to be delivered or not for the next
contact with Alaska.
