All,
      The 2 Perigee supports were successful for SOH tlm and cmd. The
planned precession maneuver was nominal. The Alaska support on 10 Nov was
failed for tracking. USN failed to generate tracking files for the Alaska
support. Razor # 442 and USN PR # 9338 were generated for the failure.
