[Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 102 STF (s)

Sheral,
	I looked on the SFTP server, and there are two files there:

IBEX_2010_322_20_39_v001.stf
IBEX_2010_322_20_40_v001.stf

	I do not understand why two versions exist! However, they 
differ by only about 1.5 minutes in the timing of the commands; 
either will be OK. I slightly recommend use of


IBEX_2010_322_20_40_v001.stf

	and it is attached, but either one is OK (but tell me which 
one you use, please).
