	checked over the .ATS file. Ken reports the PL commands match 
what was in the .STF. Transmit times match ground antenna times. 
Reading from the pointing vector in the previous .ATS, 
IBEX_2010_177_00_00_v001.scr, Sun-angles are good at the end of the 
maneuver time,
