looked over the .STF file produced this morning. If the
repointing maneuver is done according to the predictive .oef file:

Looks like the PL will be safe from the time of the maneuver until
the descending time (good), if the actual repointing is done before
the ASC macros run during the preceding perigee pass.
There's no star tracker outage during science operations.
It looks good to me.
