[Isocops] SPICE problem

I just did:

  ena$ rm /home/gbc/IBEX/anc/isoc/IBEX_series_8.bsp

which solves the problem. (Note that $IBEX_ANC is
rsync'd to all the other machines from ena.)

Watch closely what happens the next time an ephemeris is
installed--for each series there are actually 2 files,
the .bsp (with the real numbers) and a .tf which defines
the orbit numerology (i.e. which orbit is X001).

The file ibex_orbit_N.tf is a template for what needs to
go in ibex_orbit_[0-9].tf if you're doing it by hand.

Note that there is a search procedure for the SPICE kernels;
it looks in $IBEX_SPICE before $IBEX_ANC/isoc, so it actually
picked up your .bsp and the original .tf from $IBEX_SPICE.
