Hey Sheral - 
 
Orbit 83 ATS has 
  @FCT_SetScState housekeeping $TIME=2010/06:26:21:07:41

Orbit 82 ATS has
  @FCT_SetScState housekeeping $TIME=2010/06:26:06:31:05

and the state does not change in between the two, so I don't think the o83 command is needed (although I do not think it hurts to have it in there either).
 
Other than that I approve.
