Hi Chelle

We (the Lo team and I) have had a good discussion and we have reached closure. Stephen requested that we keep things as simple as possible and try to maximize our statistics. Therefore, for the moon test, we will run table 3 and use a start and stop bin of 1. Attached is the STF and the CAR. The STF is really a snippet of what will be incorporated into the orbit 83  complete STF.
