[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 82 Tracking Contact and expected YELLOW ECT OOL's

Guys,
    The tracking contact for Orbit # 80 was nominal outside of the
expected YELLOW
OOL's from having the *LONG ECLIPSE FLAG set to TRUE.* I* *have enclosed (4)
snap shots of telemetry pages showing the battery cell voltages  and charge
data.
They aren't the best in the world, but it gives you an idea of what occured
during the contact.
YELLOW OOL's
ECT_BatVoltage (16.547)

ECT_BattCell2 (4.085)
ECT_BattCell3 (4.091)
ECT_BattCell4 (4.137)


The following objectives were accomplished during the contact:
1. Blind_acq.scr (40ksps)
2. CAR# 392   Upload Orbit# 82 ATS  1. IBEX_2010_169_00_00_v001.scr

3. @FTG_dumpbackorbit(from start,0,0,0,0)
4. reset_master_timer.scr
5. @ECT_SetRelay stx,off  $TIME=2010/06:10:22:05:00 (722)
6. @ 2128 UTC   ebno=7.92 dbm
7. @2150 UTC  ebno=19.34 dbm  @FMI_Setdownlink(2ksps)

The SSR_Dump will be performed @1430 UTC  on 11 June 10

The official Goat Herder  will be sent on 11 June 10
