[Isocops] On-line checklist

Nathan and Roland,

	I'd like to see an .STF column, where "who" should be filled 
in by whomever checks the .stf, and with a "when" field as well 
(filled in when the .stf has been checked).

	Also, an .ATS column, similarly equipped.

	Both of those columns would obviously be filled in long 
before the others.

	ELse, this looks really good.

	Sure hope these mailing lists are working.
