[Isocops] IBEX USHI Contact DOY 155 @ 0930 UTC

Hello everyone,

This morning's ascending contact with USHI at 09:30 UTC showed good Doppler
data but noisy angle data. With the data from the descending contact with
APL on 3 Jun 2010 08:45 UTC and this ascending contact, we continue to pass
our consistency tests. Both contacts were successful, but we will monitor
our solution closely since both also had some element of unusual tracking
