Roland,

A great start! I've updated orbits 77 and 78 with what I think is the correct info. I used "Complete" for items that were finished and "N/A" for the despins that weren't required for these orbits. From emails I can probably reconstruct what was done for some of the earlier orbits but thought we might want to see if anyone wants to see changes, different terminology or whatever before we go too far.

Hi all,

I put together an on-line checklist: you can find it at https://ibex-web.bu.edu/ibexhome/doc/isoc/checklist/ . It uses a series of o????.check files which are stored in /usr/local/IBEX/doc/isoc/checklist/Entries. One such file looks like this:

ssr-status=Hello
leops-status=Unknown
despin-status=Unknown
id_base-status=Unknown
times-status=Unknown
prod-status=Unknown
sset-status=Unknown
ssr-who=test
leops-who=No one
despin-who=No one
id_base-who=No one
times-who=No one
prod-who=No one
sset-who=No one

Using the form at the top of the page, individual entries of these files can be changed to reflect reality. You need to input both status and "who" and hit the button; without one of those, nothing happens. I can add a "password" field if you find that you're overwriting stuff. I originally had the Entries in $IBEX_WORK, but having them in the tree makes sure they're svn'd.

The script checks for the latest orbit and automatically creates a checklist file for that orbit if it is not yet present. If you need to add ancient orbits, you need to do it by hand (not too hard).

Mark and/or Ken should probably get the old orbits up to date (or remove them, if they are an issue). This may be better done by editing the files in UNIX.

Let me know if you need something else on this. I may add bells and/or whistles as boredom allows.

Roland
