[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX AUWA Contact DOY 208 @ 1135

Good morning everyone,

We received Doppler and angle data from the AUWA contact at 1135 UTC today
that makes us suspect of the data from the 0250 UTC contact with USAK. As of
now we cannot definitively fail either contact but we will be monitoring the
situation closely as we receive more tracking from the next few passes.
