[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX USHI Contact DOY 204 @ 1400 UTC

Good morning,

The first 10 minutes of Doppler during the Hawaii 1400 UTC apogee contact
were bad. However the final 25 minutes appeared to have been successful. We
have not looked at the Doppler from the USHI02 shadow pass. This contact was
a success for the FDG.
