[Isocops] Fwd: STF for Orbit 0088

All,
	reviwed the STF. Simple, no moon foolishness, just ascend and 
descend. Times of operations look good with the forecast .oef. Wish 
they were all like this. The suggested pointing vector in the 
Forecast .oef from o087 produces nice sun angles at ascent and 
descent (0.435 deg. and 6.228 deg.):
