[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX USHI Contact DOY 201 @ 0730 UTC

Hello everyone,

This early morning's contact with USHI at 07:30 UTC showed good Doppler and
angle data. We noticed the small dropout when we switched to 160k, but
resumed good Doppler following that when we backed off to 2k once again.
This contact was successful for the FDG. We also noticed the successful
posting of tracking files from the USHI02 mirror of the contact (these were
empty files used for setup purposes). Have a great day!
