[Isocops] [Ibex-soc] Orbit #85 ATS Approval

Hi Tim

I just went through the ATS. 

A couple of questions before I approve

1) In LAHO, we have the transmitter on for over an hour. Is this an issue? I am almost sure that it is not an issue, but I just wanted to double check.

2) Somewhat related to the previous question, the downlink occurs while we are preparing to do the maneuver. Again, I do not think this is an issue but wanted to double check. 

Other than those questions, the ATS looks good.
