Subject: [Isocops] SSR Dump CAR - Orbit 106 Missed Blocks

Attached is the SSR Dump CAR to re-dump the blocks missed in orbit 106. It is quite an extensive list - it will take a few perigees to dump it all after the nominal Dump New.

Ken - please verify the commands cover the blocks missed.

Sheral - Please add an extra 320ksps contact to orbit 110 perigee (or double the current contact length). If we have the data down by then we can cancel the extra timeslot.

If we step up the data rate of the upcoming tracking passes and have good Eb/N0, let's use them to continue this CAR.

Happy New Year (almost),
Chelle
