[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 108 STF

Sheral et al,
	I have looked over the STF v001 for Orbit 109, which is at

/ibex/moc/Soc-Moc/stf/IBEX_2011_011_15_53_v001.stf

	on the SFTP site. It looks good to me. Ascent and Descent 
times match the .oef from Orbit 108 reasonably well,

	No O-Mode commanding, so I think this is good to go for the ATS.

	I note that the time prior to perigee is pretty busy with ST 
outages, eclipses, etc. Scheduling contact and maneuver times should 
be interesting.
