[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX New TLEs and INP2s Available

Hi everyone!

We have new TLE and INP2 files available on the IBEX SFTP in the folder
/IBEX/fdg/TLE/
They are also available on the USN SFTP in the folder /to_usn/

The following TLE and INP2 files are valid for the respective time periods:
26 Dec 2010 22:00 until 27 Dec 2010 08:00 UTC
*IBEX_2010_360_22_00_v001.tle
IBEX_2010_360_22_00_v001_AUWA01.INP2
*These INP2 files were created using a 1 second step size.

27 Dec 2010 08:00 until 28 Dec 2010 22:00 UTC
*IBEX_2010_361_08_00_v001.tle
IBEX_2010_361_08_00_v001_USHI01.INP2
IBEX_2010_361_08_00_v001_USHI02.INP2
IBEX_2010_361_08_00_v001_AUWA01.INP2
*These INP2 files were created using a 5 second step size.

These files were generated using the FDG's latest predict ephemeris:
*Sat_Ibex_Smooth_20101226_112700_DefPred_v001.e
