[Isocops] Configuration change

All, 


While we were working through the mapping problem I discovered a misconfiguration on ena.unh.edu. 


The problem was with 


/usr/local/ibex/anc 


The anc subdirectory should have been linked to 


/usr/local/IBEX/anc 


but it wasn't. This means that many of the files in /usr/local/ibex/anc were outdated. 


The problem has been corrected but I wanted to let everyone know that there was a problem in case anyone using the development tree has seen some unexplained odd behavior.
