[Isocops] IBEX Gyro Data Collection Test

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
      The Gyro data collection test this morning @ 1000 UTC was successful.
CAR#402 was executed with CAR# 403 (IBEX_2010_orbit89_GyroTest_v002.scr) to
the completed on the 2010 UTC contact this afternoon.
Walker will follow up with a more detailed email later tonight when the SSR
is dumped.
