Here are the updated CARs that include the comments requested by Monday's SCCB. 

CAR-402 -- "Switch to FlyByGyro during Tracking Pass" 
Run during Wed 8/11/10 10:00 UTC tracking pass (6am local) 

CAR-402 -- "Switch to FlyByGyro immediately following a maneuver using stored commands" 
Run ats script during Wed 8/11/10 20:10 UTC contact (4:10pm local) 
Verify execution during Thurs 8/19/10 14:00 UTC contact  (10am local)
