[Ibex-maneuver-engineering] No 9am Meeting; Spin Down Reschedule

Hello Team,
 
Based on the most recent updated viewperiods by both the FDG & MOC we no longer have viewtime to accomplish the spin down & repoint activities today. We will resume maneuver operations no earlier than Tuesday evening. There will be no battery cell balancing cycles until after spin down & repoint.
 
Stay tuned for a revised schedule.
