[Ibex-maneuver-engineering] Possible timeline change

Hi team!
 
Depending on how well ADV2 & 3 look in the SCB tlm, we may push the spin up to Monday 6/20, return to science ops Wed 6/22. Attached is the timeline to cover this early spin-down (*cr10early-print), and the current updated timeline (*cr10-print). The plans differ by timing the week of the 20th.
 
Steps to decision making :
* 6/16 evaluate ADV2 SCB telemetry; if all looks good early spin down is an option
* 6/17 evaluate ADV3 SCB telemetry; if all looks good early spin down is an option
* 6/17 & 6/18 evaluate Doppler data; if Doppler preliminarily shows no show stoppers early spin down is an option
* 6/19 3pm EDT Pre Spin Down MAC - go for Mon or collect more data & use original schedule
 
Early Spin Down Implementation :
6/20 Spin Down, Repoint
6/22 Return to Science
